MY FITNESS JOURNEY
Below you can see my incredible 8-year progress. As a young lad, I struggled with confidence and was often picked on in school for being small. My life changed when I discovered home workouts. Starting with just dumbbells, I was able to build a lot of muscle which boosted my confidence, helped me develop a resilient mindset and turned a hobby into a passion. With the knowledge I have now, I believe I could have achieved this transformation within less than a year.
