Hi! I'm Tom Kwiatkowski - Personal Trainer & owner of Optimal Coaching. The confusing surname probably gave it away, but I am originally from Poland and have moved to Scotland when I was 9, calling Glasgow my home since.As a Personal Trainer, I understand how hectic life can be, especially when you're working full time - that's why I focus on simple but effective training that minimises time and maximises your results.With 8+ years of experience in fitness, I focus on goal-specific programmes that deliver real, measurable results, so you can perform at your best both in and out of the gym and stay fit and healthy for years to come.Sounds appealing? MY FITNESS JOURNEY
Below you can see my incredible 8-year progress. As a young boy, I struggled with confidence and was often picked on in school for being small. My life changed when I discovered home workouts. Starting with just dumbbells, I was able to build a lot of muscle which boosted my confidence, helped me develop a resilient mindset and turned a hobby into a passion. With the knowledge I have now, I believe I could have achieved this transformation within less than a year.

From football, running, boxing, 8 years of experience in the gym and graduating college with a Grade A in HND Fitness, Health & Exercise, I hold an incredible amount of academic and self-taught knowledge in fitness.
